Securing bracket for limit switch corroded and broken in Fwd davit L/B No.2. Same to be renewed. App. Size 200mm x 200mm x 8mm.

Nav side lights Port and stbd side vertical bulkhead and platform along with clamp badly corroded and wasted . Same to be renewed. App size 2 sq. mtr. X 8mm each.

No.1 & 2 cargo hold booby hatch coaming plate corroded and thinned down, same to be renewed. App size 30mm x 10mm flat bar x 4 running meters.

Cantilever deck(5th deck) plate holed same to be renewed. App. Size 300mm x 1000mm x6mm- 02 nos.

Guard railings along with standing platform to be fabricated in fwd mast below NAV light. (approx platform size 400mmx400mm)

Air Vent hood face plate corroded,holed. Same to to be renewed alongwith SS wire mesh. App. Size 300mm x300mm.- 10nos.

Bulkhead behind spare anchor to be renwed from inside stbd side rope store. App. Size 300mm x 3 running mtrs. X 8 mm.

Port side FPK store fire door bottom corroded same to be renewed. App. 500mm x 800mm.

Stag horn at various locations to be cropped and renewed- 20 nos. App. Size 24 mm rod x 500mm each.

Port side midship gangway checkered plate holed , Same to be renewed. App size 350mm x2000mm x6mm.

Sky light stbd side gangway rubber retaining channel along with rubber packing and butterfly nuts bolts to be renewed. App size 50mm flat bar x 3 running mtrs.

Ladder anti skid strips at various location to be renewed and secured with ss nuts and bolts. App size 50mm x 3 mtrs each - 40 nos.

Officers Galley cleaning sink corroded and wasted same to be renewed. App size 1500 mm x 1500mm . Job requires steel work and tiles work.

In officers galley Chopping board to be secured with proper clamping. App size 50mm flat bar x 1000mm.

6th deck Jollybouy awning sheet securing channel and hooks corroded and wasted same to be renewed. App size C channel 80mm x50mm x 50 running mtrs, 50 mm L angle 120 mtrs, J clamp 400nos. , wooden chokes 200 nos., 50mm flat bar 150 mtrs.. Existing awning sheet to be properly secured.

Awning sheet at various location missing. App. 10 sq. mtrs.

ENGINE DEPT.

1.     SANITARY SEA WATER INLET LINE GOT HOLE SAME TO RENEW UREGENTLY

Dia 42mm, Length 6000mm, with long bends -2nos. and  short bends 3nos. Material SCH 40. In between 2Nos. flanges to be added.

2.     FIRE LINE ABOVE FRESH WATER HYDROPHORE TANK .

Length 1000mm, Dia 75mm &  Material SCH 80.

3.     Following pumps to overhaul.

1. ME Fuel Injectors x 4 nos. overhaul & pressure test onboard.
2. Steam Line Valve: remove old defective valves x 2 nos.; supply & fit new steam valves in position. Valve size 15 mm NB x 2 nos.
3. ME Fuel Injector Pipeline damaged - repair / renew API (urgent basis job).
4. Hatch covers- hydraulic pipelines for hydraulic cylinders (Fwd & Aft) - renew using workshop-supplied materials & consumables.
5. Hatch-Cover Fwd Stbd Track Roller Wheel & Bush jammed - free / lubricate.
6. Hatch covers- hydraulic pipelines for hydraulic cylinders (Fwd & Aft) - renew using workshop-supplied materials & consumables; SS pipelines OD 20 mm x 1500 mm long - 8 nos. with ermato coupling, ferrule & nuts. (Completed 27/08/2026)
7. Ship-side shell plate damaged between Frame Nos. 95 & 96 at No. 1 Ballast Tank (Port) - crop & renew under class IRS.
8. ME L.T. Cooler (Lub-Oil) leaky - remove, dismantle, overhaul, renew gaskets & fit back with trial. (Job completed 08/07/2026)
9. Sea Chest Valve (P) - plug underwater using workshop-supplied wooden plugs and renew valve. (Job completed 13/05/2026)
10. Boiler Tubes- flare condition unsatisfactory - plug with new taper plugs and re-weld API ship-staff. (Job deferred by ship-staff) (12/05/2026 to 13/05/2026)
11. Port Anchor Chain Roller pitted / worn down - recondition; chain roller pin & bush bearings to renew.

Bulk Carrier

1. Main AC Trunking cross-section / manifold, evaporator casing damaged - fabricate new APS from GI sheet & fit in place with internal insulation. Size: 1500 mm x 400 mm, 600 mm x 400 mm (cross-section); evaporator cover: 1000 mm x 800 mm x 1900 mm; 1000 mm x 800 mm.
2. AC Ducting Supply Pipeline lagging / insulation (outer) damaged - renew pipe insulation on outer side. Pipe OD lagging with existing lagging 220 mm x 28 mtrs approx.

Container Vessel

1. Bay 24 Port Hatch-Cover-s centre folding pin hinge brackets pair damaged - renew hinge brackets with workshop-supplied new brackets - 1 pair. Brackets size: 50 mm thick x 840 mm long x 305 mm width with 92 mm dia pin hole - 2 nos. (1 pair).
2. Bottom main frame of the Stbd gangway bent inward - rectify / repair. (Completed 26/12/2024 to 27/12/2024)
3. Port & Stbd gangway steps damaged - renew:
   • Port gangway: 4 nos. aluminium steps & 1 no. Alu. U-channel / support bracket - 26/10/2024 to 28/10/2024.
   • Stbd gangway: 6 nos. Alu. steps to renew & gangway platform / turn-table (MS) to renew - completed 13/11/2024.
4. Hydraulic RAM space inspection covers to fabricate & fit:
   • Steel round cover 12 mm thick x 310 mm dia, PCD 280 mm with 8 nos. bolt holes x 18 mm hole dia; rubber joint & SS bolts - 10 sets.
   • Steel round cover 12 mm thick x 455 mm dia, PCD 400 mm with 8 nos. bolt holes x 18 mm hole dia; rubber joint & SS bolts - 10 sets.
   • Steel oval manhole cover 12 mm thick x 725 mm x 525 mm, PCD 480 mm with 20 nos. bolt holes x 22 mm hole dia, rubber joints & SS bolts - 5 sets.

5. Hatch Cover No. 2A Bay 24 Aft P + S Main Linkage Pin & Bush to renew. Railko NF 22 Bush OD 147 mm, ID 130 mm, L 160 mm - 4 nos. EN 24 Bush: OD 130 mm, L 435 mm - 4 nos. (Period January 2023)

1. Port Rescue Boat Crane Hydraulic Pump not developing pressure - check, rectify & make the Port RB crane operational. (January 2024)

4. Port side anchor chain entangled / jammed / twisted in spurling pipe - cut the entangled / twisted chain inside spurling pipe, remove all chain from spurling pipe & chain locker; shift to forecastle deck. (Sept. 2023)

   • MS seamless Sch-40 pipe: 2 1/2- dia with 2 nos. branches, 4 nos. MS flanges, S/L bends, length F/F: 2160 mm x 1 no.
   • MS seamless Sch-40 pipe near Fire Pump: 2 1/2- dia with 2 nos. MS flanges, S/L bend, length F/F: 1670 mm x 1 no.

2. Bay 20 Port Inner Hydraulic Cylinder (for hatch-cover) defective - remove same from position & fit ship-supplied spare hydraulic cylinder. (December 2025)
3. Hatch-Cover-s hydraulic cylinder leaky / defective at Bay 06 Port Inner - remove defective Hyd. Cyl. from position & fit in place.

1. Chipping, cleaning & painting of Port & Stbd tunnel passage. (31/08/2026 to 02/09/2026)
2. ME Fuel Rack-s pipelines damaged - renew pipelines using workshop-supplied MS Sch-80 pipes. (27/06/2026 to 28/06/2026)
3. No. 2 Deck Crane-s runner sheaves with bearing damaged - remove sheaves set after removing crane wire. Fit ship-supplied spare sheaves set (1 pair - fitted with bearings) using old pin (after polishing / overhaul). Working height: 27 mtrs; staging made by workshop. (August 2025)

1. Port gangway winch gear box repaired. (29/08/2026 to 19/09/2026)
2. Bunker pipeline damaged - renew with workshop-supplied new materials - pipe, bends, flanges, butterfly valve. Valve size: 200 mm. (March 2026)
3. Main A.C. system - frosting / icing found on evaporator tube & suction line flooding back. Expansion valve malfunctioning. Transfer / collect system refrigerant in empty cylinders. Flush system with nitrogen gas, pressure test, adjust / rectify expansion valves, renew filter cartridges, vacuumise system, charge fresh refrigerant & recommission the main AC system. (May 2025)

3. Main air bottle mountings to be overhauled & pressure tested and shown to ship-staff & IRS surveyor; both end air bottles to clean & pressure tested; relief valves to be pressure tested and shown to surveyor - 3 nos.
4. Relief valves to overhaul - 6 nos.
5. Drain valves 50 mm NB globe valve to overhaul - 3 nos.
6. Butterfly valves to remove, transport to workshop, clean / overhaul, renew damaged seats - 12 nos., sizes 600 mm and 400 mm dia.

1. Deck-crane to completely overhaul. Twin / double-stage hydraulic cylinders to remove & repair basis defects found. Renew defective parts. Load test to be carried out after completion of repairs. Hydraulic cylinder 205 mm OD; 180 mm ID; ram / piston rod 115 mm dia; total length 3850 mm - 2 nos.
2. Various deck & machinery repairs (Period May 2026):
   • Port & Stbd windlass base to renew; anchor chains to range, gauge / calibrate.
   • Windlass gear case to check, renew damaged parts.
   • Windlass brake linings to renew.
   • AE room supply blower mushroom vent to fabricate / fit.
   • Port & Stbd main engine sump oil to remove, clean & charge fresh oil.
   • Alternator driving side coupling of all 3 aux. engines to check; worn-out parts to renew.
   • Steering gear Port & Stbd - machinery to check; both tanks to clean, oil & filters to change; all safety devices & alarms to check & rectify.

Dry-Dock Repairs

1. Port & Stbd windlass to repair / overhaul - 2 sets.
2. Port & Stbd capstan with hydraulic pumps & electric motor (55 kW) to repair / overhaul.
3. Port & Stbd windlass electric motors 15 kW each to repair / overhaul - 2 nos. (Period November 2011)

Dry-Dock Repairs

1. Port & Stbd main engines to overhaul.

Dredger Repairs

1. Stbd. ME units x 7 nos. to decarb.
2. Port ME units x 8 nos. to decarb.

4. Mooring winch rope drum assembly complete - 4 sets to fabricate & fit APS.
5. Mooring rope basket to fabricate & supply - 2 sets.
6. Hydrophore pump x 1 no. - repair with satisfactory trial.
7. Aux. No. 1 alternator 250 kW to dismantle in place, overhaul, heat varnish & box-back after overhaul; renew 4 nos. diodes workshop-supplied; 1 no. bearing 6312ZZ ship-supply.
8. 1 no. sea overboard valve to remove from place, transfer to workshop, dismantle, clean, overhaul / repair, pressure test, & fit back onboard with satisfactory trial. Flanged type gate valve, size 450 mm bore x 1 no. (Period July / August 2022)

Dredger Repairs

1. Remove / refit all tyre fenders (chains, shackles & tyres - 24 pcs), size up to dia 1100 mm - 24 nos.
2. Tyre fenders pad eyes below D-fendering to be removed and replaced with new eye-pad - 48 nos. (Period July / August 2022)
